About Nadja Böhlmann Nadja Böhlmann lives in the Eastern part of Germany 2 hours south of Berlin. She spent the first eight years of her professional career as an officer in the logistics department of the German Armed Force. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in lean operations management. After leaving the Army as a first Lieutenant, she first worked as a student trainee in the painting and drywall construction industry in the area of process optimization for construction sites at Malerwerkstätten Heinrich Schmid.
