The Campus Housing department at the University of Waterloo (Canada) started a continuous improvement journey in 2015. The department is inspired to change because it operates in Canada’s most competitive student housing market. The Campus Housing team is changing how it coordinates activities, understands problems, prioritizes work, and makes decisions. This presentation will compare our past approach with the approach we are taking today.

About Glen Weppler

Glen is currently the Director of Housing at the University of Waterloo where he oversees one of Canada’s largest university residence systems. Since 1998 he has worked professionally in Ontario at three universities and one college, predominantly in campus housing. He has also served on his professional association boards at the national and international level. Glen holds a BSc and a BA from Western University and a MA from Central Michigan University.
