About Waleed Mazen
Waleed Mazen holds more than 17 years’ experience in training and coaching company personnel at all levels in lean management, a Japanese discipline designed to eliminate factors that waste time, effort or money.
He has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and best practices by serving client organisations throughout a variety of industries, geographies and cultures – saving them many millions of dollars in the process.
Sectors served include white goods manufacturing, metalworks, food & beverage, glass, plastics and warehousing, as well as various service and educational organisations. He has operated across Europe and the Middle East.
Waleed has run projects to drive change and facilitate improvement in the areas of lean enterprise, lean manufacturing, policy deployment and lean development.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Systems Engineering – Industrial Engineering from Saudi Arabia’s King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, plus an Executive MBA from Imperial College London in the UK. He has also qualified as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Lean Master Practitioner.
