Amanda has worked as a leader within IT deliveries for over 10 years, with a focus on agile deliveries. She has also coached other leaders on how to support and promote a Lean/Agile way of working. Today she works as a line manager for several teams at Volvo Cars using the SAFe framework.

After having worked for large companies such as supervisor, Plant Manager and VP operation, Jean-Marc devotes himself to training and consulting in the areas of operational excellence. He is a master trainer/consultant in Kaizen and is Certified Master Black Belt in Lean and Six-Sigma from HEC Montreal.

Jeff is Professor Emeritus at the University of Michigan. His articles and books have won 13 Shingo Prizes and is in the Association of Manufacturing Excellence Hall of Fame and the Shingo Academy.
Pia and Joakim are acknowledged leaders in the area of implementing lean, organizational change and creating system of continuous improvement with sustainable results. They have trained well over 1000 people and organizations in Europe and Asia.

Johanna has worked in different roles within software development for the past 18 years. Her agile journey started ten years ago with a special interest in team development and continuous improvement. Currently she is working as a line manager at Jeppesen Systems AB coaching, mentoring and supporting four agile teams in a scaled agile setup.
Marc-Olivier Legentil

Marc-Olivier is responsible for process improvement and coaching projects using Toyota Kata. He is a co-author of the Toyota Kata Memory Jogger and was finalist for the award for the best master’s thesis at HEC Montreal in 2017 for his thesis on Toyota Kata. Marc-Olivier Legentil has worked for companies such as L’Oréal, Electrolux, Accedian and Belron.

Mike Rother is an engineer, researcher, and teacher who works to develop scientific thinking in individuals, teams, and organizations. He shares his findings widely and is in the Association for Manufacturing Excellence Hall of Fame.

Nigel is the creator of the award-winning Scrum the Toyota Way training course, and the co-creator of The Flow System.
He previously served as the first ever Chief of Agile at a global Toyota company, leading Lean and Agile practices at Toyota Connected.

His work covers supply chain management, process improvement, and Toyota Kata practices in various industry sectors.

Tilo is a leadership coach, researcher and co-founder of the Campus for Leaders at the University of Applied Science Ansbach. He was plant manager at Festool where he introduced Toyota Kata in 2007 being part of Mike Rother’s research. He has invented the Kata Coaching Dojo training format.
