WebinarEveryone must be responsible for doing the work every day to reframe and redesign the biases/inequities rooted in policies and practices. The shift in culture and method is accomplished by applying the two pillars of Lean: continuous improvement and demonstrating respect for people, and creating opportunities for participants to learn, share, practice, and grow in a safe environment. After our session, participants will: 1. Understand the purpose of the #RootCauseRacism® movement and the connection to continuous improvement methodologies (primarily the Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle) 2. Understand a basic construct on bias, stereotypes, and microaggressions 3.
