The Box Score: Visualizing Lean Accounting for Everyone

Some of the problems include but are not limited to what metrics to use, how to present the information, and when to present the information. One of the tenets of lean accounting is the Box Score, a three-dimensional view of the value stream, for anyone involved with continuous improvement to create and solve these issues.
