About Rick Bohan

Rick Bohan is the principal of Chagrin River Consulting, LLC. Rick has more than 25 years of experience as a business consultant with a variety of public and private organizations.

Rick specializes in helping organizations achieve operational excellence through the design and implementation of lean and agile operating systems. He has extensive experience in the design and implementation of large-scale total quality management, lean enterprise, and employee involvement initiatives. Rick applies project management and functional skills to design, develop, and implement successful business solutions. His areas of expertise include process analysis and redesign, technology planning (both software selection and custom development), and organizational realignment.
